Your data, in plain words.

This policy covers supermarketing.scootupstudio.com — the storefront run by ScootUp Studio (Suez, Egypt) for its Supermarketing service. If you have never sent us a quote, filled the contact form, or emailed us, we do not have any data about you.

Two paths hit our servers with real data:

• Quote requests (from the basket) — we store your name, email, phone (if you gave one), your note to us, and the list of services you added. Written to a database (Supabase) so we can price and reply.
• Contact form submissions — sent to our inbox via Web3Forms. Same fields (name, email, message). We do not store these separately; they live in our email.

We do not run analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies at this time. If we ever add analytics (Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity), this section will name the tool and what it captures.

The site uses browser storage (localStorage) for your basket contents, your theme choice, and your language preference. These stay on your device and never reach us.

A signed session cookie (sm_admin) is set only when the studio operator signs into /admin. Regular visitors never see it.

• Quotes: Supabase (EU region), rest of the row is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Contact-form messages: Web3Forms → our inbox.
• Site hosting: Vercel edge network — the request logs include your IP address and are retained by Vercel for a short window per their policy.

Nobody. Your quote details are used to price and deliver your project. We do not sell, rent, or hand data to marketing lists, and we do not send unsolicited newsletters — the only emails you get are direct replies to your enquiry.

Quotes stay in the database for as long as the project record is useful (typically 3 years, in case you come back for related work). You can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing info@scootupstudio.com.

You can ask us for a copy of any data we hold on you, correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email info@scootupstudio.com and we'll action it within 30 days.

If we change how we collect or use data, we'll update the “Last updated” line above and — for a material change — flag it at the top of the site for a month.
